Slay the Sling | Intermediate/Advanced

Holly’s most popular workshop where Sling Queens learn to slay! This intermediate/advanced workshop will focus on fluidity and flo in the aerial hammock while incorporating some of Holly’s signature moves. Topics will include: transitions, drops, creating elegant lines and seamlessly combining movements into challenging combinations.
[Prerequisite: Must be able to perform an invert on your own from the ground multiple times and preferably-standing in the hammock.]
