This workshop will explore spin tolerance and the tools to build it as well as

several of my signature high speed spinning mounts. We will practice movement in

motion and ways to keep control of the apparatus and tricks while spinning, as well

as several techniques to help build up a higher spin tolerance and keep it over time.

Participants should be comfortable with mounts and basic poses in a steel apparatus.
