Cubesplorations Workshop

This workshop will cover basic to intermediate mounts/dismounts, poses, spins, transitions, and moves on aerial cube. There will be progressions in moves and variations for aerialists of all levels starting from basic sits, spins, and poses, up through more difficult poses and tricks as well as drops. It is recommended that participants have at least 2-3 months experience on their primary aerial apparatus prior to taking this workshop.

Coach Bio:
Crystal has been teaching since 2022 and specializes in multiple areas of pole and aerial including but not limited
to specialty apparatuses (my favorite is aerial cube), choreography, competition preparation, handstands, flexibility and strength, and so much more.

The goal is for every student to walk out of the workshop
feeling accomplished and having had fun, because that is what it is all about!
