Trapeze Choreo Workshop

This workshop includes a mix of floor and aerial work aimed at helping students practice learning and building choreographed pieces. There will be variations in mounts, tricks, and transitions students at all levels of learning and the opportunity to film the combo at the end of the workshop.
Pre-reqs: It is recommended participants have at least
basic mounts and beginners poses mastered on the apparatus or a similar aerial apparatus prior to taking this workshop.
Coach Bio:
Crystal has been teaching since 2022 and specializes in multiple areas of pole and aerial including but not limited
to specialty apparatuses (my favorite is aerial cube), choreography, competition preparation, handstands, flexibility and strength, and so much more.
The goal is for every student to walk out of the workshop
feeling accomplished and having had fun, because that is what it is all about!
