This workshop will cover how to combine choreography and floorwork with tricks

and transitions to help in creating a more cohesive aerial piece on a hammock.

Each workshop will start with a 15 minute warm up, followed by learning a 2

minute choreography combo to a set song. There will be variations in mounts,

tricks, and transitions provided for students at all levels of learning and the

opportunity to film the combo at the end of the workshop. It is recommended

participants have at least basic mounts and beginners poses mastered on the

apparatus or a similar aerial apparatus prior to taking this workshop.
