This workshop will cover basic to intermediate mounts/dismounts, poses, spins, transitions, and moves on aerial cube. There will be progressions in moves and variations for aerialists of all levels starting from basic sits, spins, and poses, up through more difficult poses and tricks as well as drops. It is recommended that

participants have at least 2-3 months experience on their primary aerial

apparatus prior to taking this workshop. The workshop will include a 15 minute follow along warm-up, followed by 1 hour of instruction, and then each participant will have 1-2 minutes to freestyle at the end and take video/photos.
