This workshop will cover various levels of tricks and explorations on tippy lyra

including various mount techniques, spins, poses, dismount techniques and tricks.

Due to the specialty nature of this apparatus it is recommended that participants

have prior experience on aerial lyra or a similar apparatus as well as the ability to

perform either an inversion or pull over mount on their primary apparatus.
